I am a QHSE & CDM Consultant with extensive experience across the UK construction sector, built on a career that spans over a decade working on the tools, followed by senior site and construction management roles, and now governance and advisory positions supporting duty holders under the CDM 2015 Regulations.

I began my career working hands-on across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects throughout London. This early experience gave me a practical understanding of how construction work is actually carried out, where risk emerges at task level, and why controls succeed or fail in real site conditions. That foundation continues to shape how I approach health, safety, and quality today.

I later progressed into site and construction management roles, holding direct responsibility for programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, logistics, lifting operations, and high-risk activities including façades, roofing, MEP installations, and live or occupied environments. Having been accountable for delivery myself, I understand the pressures faced by Project Managers and Principal Contractors — and how informal practices can quietly introduce legal and safety exposure.

What sets me apart as a consultant is my ability to bridge regulatory compliance with delivery reality. At pre-construction stage, I support clients, designers, and duty holders to identify and eliminate risk early, before it becomes embedded in design, programme, or method. During construction, I provide clear, proportionate advice that improves safety standards without disrupting productivity or undermining delivery teams.

I am known for calm, evidence-led challenge and for addressing systemic risk rather than surface-level non-compliance. My work has included identifying duty-holder governance gaps, supporting senior decision-makers in understanding legal exposure, and embedding practical processes that stand up to scrutiny in the event of incident or investigation.

I hold the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK), NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management, and CITB SMSTS, alongside specialist training in CDM 2015 for Senior Decision-Makers, Fire Safety, Asbestos Awareness, Hot Works, and Abrasive Wheels. I am an Affiliate Member of IOSH and committed to continual professional development.
